Working with me individually is a deep dive into improving your health and well-being. Whether you are looking for nutritional support for a chronic condition or to dial in your diet and exercise habits, I can help create a tailored plan that meets your individual needs and preferences. Forging a deep connection gives you a level of accountability and motivation that can be difficult to maintain on your own. Drawing on years of experience and multiple testing options, I provide ongoing support, monitor your progress, and make adjustments as needed to help you stay on track and achieve your goals. Group Opportunities
Managing glucose levels is critical to prevent long-term health complications. The best way to do that is with regular monitoring using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) at home.
Pivotal Health Collective is offering a 4-week group class utilizing a CGM to discover how your body responds to various carbohydrates, especially starches and sugars, and customize your meals for optimal glucose levels – in real time. The class will include healthy low-carb options and recipes, and also help you understand the role of exercise, stress, and sleep in maintaining a healthy blood sugar response.
